Hello 2018 Fox Mill 5K & 1-Mile Color Run/Walk Participants!
 
Thank you for your registration and participation in this year's race being done in honor of Mike White.  We look forward to seeing you Saturday, September 8th. Below are a few key items to note prior to the race:

Start Times
Registration opens @ 7:00 AM
5K starts @ 8:00 AM
Speeches and awards begin @ 9:00 AM
1-Mile Color Run/Walk starts @ 9:30 AM

Parking
Plan to arrive with plenty of time to find parking. Parking is limited and will be along the side streets. Please look at the attached map and ask safety marshals or volunteers for assistance at the event. We highly encourage neighborhood participants/families to ride bikes or carpool to the event.
 
Bib/Shirt Pickup (Pick up at the Fox Mill Community Center starting at 7 AM and closing promptly at 8:45 AM)
 
  • If you registered online on or before August 24th, you will be guaranteed your shirt size. Go to the "pre-registered” table and obtain your bib (5K only) and shirt.
  • If you registered after August 24th, you are not guaranteed a t-shirt and/or your size. Please sign in at the “pre-registered” table and pick up your bib number (5K). You will be given a receipt and can choose from the remaining shirts available, if any.
  • Same day registration is available starting at 7 AM. Report to the “registration" table and we will get you signed up! No t-shirts are guaranteed. We will accept cash, check or credit card.
  • Registration will CLOSE PROMPTLY AT 8:45 AM.
5K Participants and Spectators
In honor of brain tumor awareness and Northwestern University, please wear gray or purple to show your support.
 
1-Mile Participants ONLY
Dress so that it is OK for your shoes and clothing to become discolored. The Color Run is super fun because it is MESSY!! Sunglasses provided if registered on or before September 4th.
 
Donations
There will be an opportunity on race day to make donations to the Northwestern Brain Tumor Institute. Help us honor Mike by making a difference in the lives of others!

This is a family-friendly event with lots of activities and vendors before, during and after the race! We are not responsible for lost or stolen items; however, there will be places to “park” items while you run and enjoy the festivities.
